Tenant Requirements

• $25 per person NON-REFUNDABLE application fee.
• Credit/background check will include rental history, credit score and report, criminal background check, employment/income verification.
• Credit score over 600 preferred / Credit score over 500 required.
• No evictions or landlord issues in the past 3 years.
• No recent history of consistent late payments
• No disqualifying criminal history (felonies / violent crime)
• Must be able to put utilities in your name.
• Unless there is only 1 adult living at the property, 2 applications must be completed and approved by tenants 18 years of age or older.
• Application must be completed in full.
