Personal Leasing Agent to guide you through the process
Our properties will all conform to what we like to call the “Sage Door Standard of Living”. You can rest assured that your property will be functioning properly and will be maintained. For your safety, we require all of the properties we manage, that have an attached garage or gas utility, have a carbon monoxide detector operating when you move in. We will also ensure the smoke detectors are all working!
Technology ranging from snail mail to mobile payments to ACH. We have you covered!
We hope you want to stay for a long time! However, in the event that you move out at the end of your term, we want you to get your security deposit back. For transparency, when you sign your lease, we will give you a list of items and the amount we charge if they are damaged. Not only that, we have an option that allows you to come back after we perform the walk through and correct issues.
Appliance / Equipment rental options – You can rent a Washer, Dryer, or Refrigerator directly from us and we will deliver it and set it up for you!
Purchasing a new home?! Great! Let us help! We have Realtors on staff who can help you determine if you qualify to buy a new home, and if so, we can help you find that new home! Not only that, after you have rented from us for a year, we will let you out of your lease, with no penalty if you have a contract to buy a new home! And if that weren’t enough…. We will give you the 2 days after closing free of rent to give you time to move into your new home! (We must receive the fully signed contract within 2 days of signing it).
Wish Lists – Is there something you wish your home had that it doesn’t? Maybe a screen door for summertime, an ice maker, some potted plants out front, or a new tree? Submit your “wish list” item to us and we will grant one wish at our expense each quarter. MAYBE even more! (Your wish-list item must cost less than $200 and be submitted in writing).
